Mobile Ticketing

Smoothie King Center tickets are mobile only. Guests' phones are the official ticket for entry and should be accepted/claimed from your Ticketmaster account (or AXS account, if applicable) before arrival at the venue.  We recommend downloading the Ticketmaster app for easy access and management of your digital tickets.

Box Office & Additional Ticketing Information

The Smoothie King Center Box Office is located at Northeast Ground on the corner of Le Rouge Street and Dave Dixon Drive.

Box Office Hours

Walk-up ticket sales for events at Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square are available at the Caesars Superdome Box Office (Gate A Ground) on Fridays from 9 AM to 4:30 PM.

On event days, the Smoothie King Center Box Office opens at noon, offering tickets for Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square events.

This is a walk-up service only. Will-call, ticket sales, and sales-related information are not available by phone. For more details, visit Ticketmaster.com (or AXS.com if applicable).

Children's Ticket Policy

All guests, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter the Smoothie King Center. Some events, particularly ones intended for children, may have different age requirements. Please refer to the specific event ticketing page for details.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued. In the event of a postponement or cancellation, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase.
